Made from whisper-weight, blended organic cotton/TENCEL® lyocell fabric with a touch of spandex, this skirt floats in the trade winds and retains its shape beautifully. The wide, cinched waistband fits snugly and adjusts on the right side with ties. Worn as a long, full skirt, it falls to the ankles. When converted to a bandeau-style dress, the doubled waistband becomes the bodice and the ties secure behind the neck.
